Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate generation of unique test content upon purchase, our refund policy varies depending on the type of user (B2C or B2B) and the specific service purchased.
2. For B2C Users (Individual Purchases)
Our B2C services typically involve the immediate generation of a specific test or assessment report tailored to your input.
- No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a test or assessment report has been successfully generated and delivered to your account or email, the service is considered rendered, and we generally do not offer refunds. This is because our AI expends resources to create a unique product for you instantly upon purchase.
- Exceptions (Technical Issues Only): We will consider a refund or provide a credit for a replacement test only if there was a verifiable technical error on our part that prevented the successful generation or delivery of the test or report, and we are unable to resolve the issue promptly.
- How to Request: If you experience a technical issue, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of the purchase, providing details of the issue and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
- Resolution: Our team will investigate the issue. If we confirm a technical failure on our end, we will, at our discretion, either:
- Provide you with a credit for a free re-take or re-generation of the equivalent test.
- Issue a full refund for the specific, failed transaction.
- No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, no longer need the test, or are dissatisfied with your assessment results. Please ensure you carefully select the appropriate test before purchasing.
3. For B2B Users (Business Subscriptions & Services)
Our B2B services are typically offered via subscription plans or custom agreements.
- Subscription Fees (No Refunds): All subscription fees for B2B accounts are non-refundable once the subscription term has commenced, whether monthly or annual. This policy applies even if you do not fully utilize the services or decide to terminate your subscription early.
- Custom Agreements: For services provided under a separate custom agreement or contract, the refund policy will be explicitly outlined in that agreement. In the absence of specific refund terms in a custom agreement, this general B2B refund policy applies.
- Technical Issues for B2B Clients: If a B2B client experiences a verifiable technical issue that prevents the delivery of services as per their subscription or agreement, please contact your dedicated account manager or our B2B support team at [email protected]. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds or service credits for B2B technical issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis according to the severity of the issue and our contractual obligations.
